Jirozami

Ongoing photography documenting the Jirozami community. Nestled in a 200-year-old traditional kominka house, the owners host a variety of speakers, teachers, and group activities focused on community, traditional Japanese culture, and health. A small community has organically formed around the house, with some of its members visiting from outside prefectures to participate in events and help with house renovations.
